Studenthuset and Infocenter
In Studenthuset at Frescati you will find a wide range of student services and support. This house has been designed especially for our students and it serves as a meeting place on campus.

Resting rooms
Resting rooms at Frescati Södra
There are two public resting rooms at Frescati Södra, house A, floor 5 and house B, floor 4. Access is through the Frescati Service Centre, house D, floor 4 (next to Universitetsbiblioteket).
The resting rooms can be used by one person at a time for a maximum of two hours during the opening hours of the Service Centre. Resting rooms cannot be reserved in advance.
Resting rooms at Albano
There are three public resting rooms at Albano. They are located in house 2 on floors 2 and 4, and in house 4 on floor 2.
The resting rooms are available during the opening hours of the Albano Service Centre.
Resting rooms may be used by one person at a time for a maximum of two hours. Requests must be made at the Service Centre. Resting rooms cannot be reserved in advance.
Resting room and nursing room in Student House
Nursing rooms are located in the Student House, Universitetsvägen 2, Alfa, room 321.
Access is via the Infocenter, on floor 2, during opening hours.
It is not possible to reserve a room in advance. The room can only be used by one person at a time for a maximum of two hours.
Restings rooms at departments
The resting rooms in the departments are the responsibility of the departments themselves.
Shower room
Albano, house 1, has changing rooms with showers on floors 2 and 3.
Andrum – a room for everyone
Need to take a pause? 'Andrum', which means 'breathing space' in Swedish, is the name of a room for contemplation, open to all at Stockholm University irrespective of religion or creed.
Location in Frescati
Södra huset, house E, room E 407. The room can be visited individually or in groups. You do not need to book an appointment, one can go there at any time during opening hours:
- Monday–Friday at 6:30–19:00
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the room is closed
Location in Albano
House 4, floor 2, room A4203 (to the left of auditorium 5).
- Monday–Friday at 6:30–19:00
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the room is closed
