Research project Life long learning in practice

In the project we explore medical doctors' learning in the clinical practice, both regarding their medical, pedagogical and administrative learning.

The project is based on a socio-cultural perspective on learning and pays special interest to the relationship between individual engagement and the clinical environment's affordances for learning.

The project is an extension of a previous multi-year project that focuses on clinical teachers' opportunities to engage in pedagogical development in the clinical environment.
