Political Leadership on the Korean Peninsula

The course gives an overview of the contemporary political situation of the Korean states.

Political leadership is also the main theme for economic issues, where South Korea's focus on heavy and chemical industry during the 1970s and how the country responded to the Asian crisis of 1997-1998 are the focus. The central role of the government in the economy is the theme of North Korea.
