Portuguese, History of the literature in the Portuguese language
The student gains in-depth knowledge of the Portuguese language literature from the 16th century to our present day. The course is based on reading of central works from different times and on monographs and literature criticisms that deal with these works. Students study the ability to see links in the literature, place the readings in their cultural context and critically interpret the texts.
