Om mig

I am a postdoctoral researcher at SOFI. I obtained my PhD in Economics at Uppsala University in 2018. Currently, my main focus is on gender segregation in occupations and in particularly the effect of same-gender role models on the education choices we make. 

My main fields of interest in Economics are

• Labour Economics and
• Demographic Economics

In general, I am interested in research related to Social Economics and especially the microeconometric applications to answer questions related to these sub-fields.

Peer gender composition and student outcomes in high school

The aim of this project is to provide evidence on the outcomes of individuals who choose their high school program gender-atypically and start a program where they belong to the minority gender.
