Nordic Research Conference on Education and Trajectories in the Arts

We invite researchers to participate in this one-day online conference hosted by the Department of Education at Stockholm University.

 

Call for papers

Researchers who wish to submit abstracts may do so under any of the following themes:

  1. Educational practices in preparatory and higher art education,
  2. Transitions from art education to work, and
  3. Professional and workplace learning in the arts.

The conference will explore the dynamic relationships between educators and learners in the arts, the transitions from education to working life, and the broader societal impact of art education.

We encourage submissions from research in the social sciences, including educational science, sociology, anthropology, cultural studies, and related fields.

Join us for this free, one-day online event designed as a collaborative space for presenters and participants. Whether you choose to present a paper or simply engage in discussions, you will have the opportunity to share insights and contribute to meaningful conversations about the vital role of art education for individuals and society.

We look forward to your contributions and a fruitful exchange of ideas!
