Teaching in Campus Albano from Fall 2025
Fashion Studies, Media and Communication Studies and Journalism will leave Garnisonen, Karlaplan and move to the new student-friendly Campus Albano, SU from autumn 2025. Cinema Studies will remain in Filmhuset.

Teaching in the subjects Journalism, Media and Communication Studies and Fashion Studies will primarily be taught in Campus Albano from autumn 2025.

Premises for staff and students
Staff will have their main premises in Building 4 and will be located on floor 5. Teaching will take place in the state-of-the-art teaching facilities in Albano and there will also be a number of study spaces/group rooms for students.

Albano – a unique environment for education and research
Campus Albano is located close to the city centre, Frescati and KTH. With space for about 15,000 students and researchers, Campus Albano offers a dynamic environment for studying and working.

Directions
Our visiting address is Albanovägen 12, 114 19 Stockholm. We are located on the 5th floor of Building 4.
Bus
Buses that stop at the Albano stop (at Albanohöjden): 50, 639, 670, 676, 680 (direction north)
Commuter train
To Odenplan: From Odenplan it is possible to get to the department by bus or on foot.
Subway
Take the subway to one of the following stations: Odenplan (green line), Tekniska Högskolan or Universitetet (red line). From these stations it is then possible to get to the department by bus or on foot, see below.
From Odenplan
Bus: Bus 50 from Odenplan stops at the Albano stop (at Albanohöjden)
From Tekniska Högskolan
Bus: 639, 670, 676, 680 (direction north)
On foot: Follow Valhallavägen north, continue past the Roslagstull roundabout.
From the University
Bus: 50
On foot: Follow Roslagsvägen south, past Kräftriket.
From Arlanda
Take the airport bus or Arlanda Express towards Stockholm Central.
From there it is possible to get to the department via metro (see above) or taxi.
