Mini symposium to celebrate Björn Åkermark’s 90th birthday

Björn Åkermark has had ha long and impressive career. He defended his PhD in 1967, and became professor at KTH in 1980. His research has focused on topics ranging from organometallic chemistry to artificial photosynthesis. Since his retirement from KTH, he’s leading a research group at Stockholm University, and continues to publish high-impact papers.
We will celebrate his 90th birthday with a mini symposium sponsored by Merck.
