The knowledge areas of leisure education address the part of children's leisure time that is unplanned as well that included in more planned activities, such as at leisure centres.

Leisure Pedagogy how teaching that is governed by children's interests and experiences can be planned. You learn how teaching is developed in relation to pedagogical situations arising from children's/pupils' play and interaction.
