Information for the Spring Semester 2025

The spring semester of 2025 begins on Monday, January 20. Here you will find compiled information about admissions and the start of the semester.

 

Admission and Registration

Log in and check your admission status on "My pages" at universityadmissions.se.

  • December 10 - The first admission notification with response requirement. Go to My pages at universityadmissions.se and respond if you still want your place (this also applies to reserve places).
  • December 16 - Last day to respond!
  • December 19 - The second admission notification is published.

  • January 7-13 - Mandatory registration. If you do not have a University account, you must first activate it and then register in Ladok for students. See the webpage New Student.
  • January 17 - Welcome information from Stockholm Business School in Aula Magna. The spring semester begins! Invitations are sent out via email.

Reserve Admission

Reserves are notified via email on January 14 and must respond no later than August 28. We never know in advance how many reserves we will be able to admit.

 

Re-registration

Send your request for re-registration to coursecoordinator@sbs.su.se no earlier than January 13, 2025. Provide your full name, personal identification number, and the course you wish to re-register for.

 

New Student

Here you will find information about admission, registration, studying with a disability, reserve admission, and our learning platform Athena.

 

Schedule and Course Literature

Information about the schedule and course literature can be found on the course webpage in the Education catalog under Courses and programmes and in Athena. You must be registered to log in to Athena. The schedule is published at least one month before the course starts. You can also search for the course schedule via schema.su.se.

Find Stockholm Business School

Stockholm Business School is located in Building 2 on Campus Albano. The visiting address is Albanovägen 18, but there are also other entrances to the building at Greta Arwidssons Väg 8 and Greta Arwidssons Väg 10. Please arrive early at the beginning so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the premises.
