This course is focused on oral presentations and poster presentations of chemistry research for PhD students. The goal of the course is to become proficient in designing graphical elements and how to deliver short and focused presentations that both capture attention and convey a message efficiently, and how to tailor this to different audiences. The course contains a seminar, presentations, discussions, and a poster session. The class will be entirely on-site at the Arrhenius laboratories, since it’s imperative to train not only talk contents, but also how we stand, interact and deliver talks & posters physically. Physical attendance is mandatory, so if you cannot make these dates or fall ill, you will unfortunately need to take the class next time.
