The increasingly specialised, fast-paced, and global job market places new demands on the employee and manager. Within this field, our researchers study questions related to workplace learning and learning in organisations, as well as leadership from various perspectives, in formal and informal contexts. The research also pertains to diversity and inclusion in working life and integration through profession and work.
Several of our researchers work with research and development projects that aspire to contribute to good conditions for learning and development within working life. Our results may be useful for both employees, managers and employers, as well as industry, the public sector and organisations.
