Commissioned education
Commissioned education can be described as a tailor-made course or a course package given on behalf of an employer.
The advantage of a commissioned education is that the participants receive a qualitative education with a direct connection to their professional area. The education is at university level and is based on current research findings.

Flexibility and adaptation
The coursedesign are characterized by flexibility and adapted to the needs that exist in the organization. This can mainly be important in terms of schedule and study pace, as it can otherwise have a negative effect on participation, especially if the course lasts for a longer period of time.
