Institutet för näringslivsforskning söker forskningsass för ett tidsbegränsat programmeringsprojekt

The Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN) in Stockholm is currently working on a research project examining policy responses during the Covid-19 pandemic. To evaluate policy responses, we need to translate policy documents into numerical variables. We believe that the most time efficient way to do so is that a person with programming skills writes a program that opens a PDF at a time (971 PDFs in total), scrapes the information, and translates into numerical variables according to a key.

If you are interested in joining our team for a shorter period of time to write such a program, please contact us. We believe you are a student in your final stages of studying data analytics/science/machine learning/similar. The job can be paid for by the hour or for the final product.
