ICAL LL.M. Team in the final of the Sports Arbitration Moot
The team representing Stockholm University Faculty of Law has qualified for the final of the Sports Arbitration Moot, which take place at FIFA headquarters, on April 29, 2022.
The general rounds and semi-finals of the first Sports Arbitration Moot (SAM) have taken place online during March 2022. The initiative, which is supported by FIFA amongst others, aims to give law students a chance to practice their advocacy skills in the field of sports arbitration.
Stockholm University Faculty of Law is represented in SAM by students of the LL.M. International Commercial Law programme: Steffi Mary Punnose, Crystal Nkrumah and Vincent Fach. They are coached by Gelila Haile Diguma, Chandrika Sharma, and Palak Mishra. In the final they will compete against the team of the University of Zurich.
The final will take place in-person on April 29, 2022, at FIFA headquarters and will be live-streamed on Youtube.
