Departmental agreements and networks
Here you can find information about exchange possibilities through departmental agreements and networks.
Many departments at Stockholm University have their own exchange agreements with universities around the world. These agreements are usually subject specific and aimed at students studying at the specific department. The Faculty of Science also have some exchange agreements on faculty level. The departmental exchange agreements are handled by the International Coordinator at the respective department.

Call for applications
You apply for an exchange through departmental agreements and networks online in the system Mobility Online during joint application periods. The departments have their own eligibility- and selection criteria and other specific application instructions. Therefore, you must always check the department’s own call for applications to receive the correct information about eligibility, selection and how to complete your application.
Application periods
Departments that have exchange agreements have joint application periods. However, a few departments and the Faculty of Science have call for applications during different application periods. See “Department specific information” for information about the departments that have different application periods.

N.B. The Department of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies has a call for application for exchange during the spring semester on some agreements between 15 May and 15 June.
